WIP improvise-lx7w/54g1/l4mp: clear and paste land where the browser's CellId says
...
CmdContext::value_cell_key answers the cursor through project::cell_id, the
question the browser is given: only a Record is written, a records position
resolves to its real record, and a fold, an aggregate, a formula-owned cell,
a coordinate or creating column and a drill are each declined out loud.
clear-cell and paste take that door; commit and drill take the fold-only one.

improvise-6qet: the grouped harness spec expects the collapsed group's row

grouped.spec.js asserted a collapsed group contributes no rows (8 data rows).
It now contributes one per Store (10), labelled Upland, and its cells are
not editable. The editable assertion was checked against cell_id without
folds_a_group: it fails with 6 editable cells where 0 are expected.

Give the Refuse effect its wire verdict: its text travels as SetStatus

gh/main's vocabulary_is_complete requires every effect to be on the wire or
named with a verdict. Refuse's portable half is its status text; the flag is
one host batch's outcome (context/code/cli.md §10).

improvise-c5ip, improvise-udt2: exit 1 on a refusal, never on an abort
...
The headless exit code read `last_batch_aborted()`, which answers "did a chain
stop", not "did the request happen" — wrong both ways. `commit-cell-edit` at
bottom-right lands its write, saves, and then `EnterAdvance`'s `AbortChain`
exited 1 (c5ip); `add-item` into a missing category refuses without aborting
and exited 0 (udt2).
`App` gains a per-batch `batch_refused`, reset beside `batch_aborted` and
written only by `App::refuse(msg)`, which sets the status and the flag
together; commands reach it through `effect::refuse`. `main.rs` exits 1 on
`last_batch_refused()` only. Not a severity on `status_msg`: that would be
portable ViewState and would go stale across its ~60 writers.
Strays into ui/app.rs (four small additions) — flagged in the hand-back.
Unconverted refusals are filed as improvise-i3o5; headless `q` as improvise-ep5o.

improvise-up8g: a headless run's extent is fixed, not read off the terminal

`run_headless_commands` read `crossterm::terminal::size()`, and the page size
decides where `page-scroll` lands, so one script wrote a different record in a
different window — and CI (no tty, 80x24 default) disagreed with a shell. Pin
it to 80x24 in `HEADLESS_EXTENT`. The test drives two sizes through LINES/
COLUMNS with the child detached by `setsid`, and asserts the same record.

kb: refusal no longer offers committing the loss; skill and kb-tool.md describe the guard (improvise-za97)

The kb skill (both copies) now describes the HEAD comparison, the ledger,
exit code 3 and the recovery. kb-tool.md records the ih3k/yea8 arguments and
corrects the residue paragraph: .gitignore hides the leftovers, and there are
six, not one.
