Refactored CmdContext to delegate row/col counts, cell_key, none_cats, view stacks, and records handling to GridLayout. Updated all command implementations to use layout methods. Updated tests to construct CmdContext with layout. Changed GridLayout to store records as Rc and added synthetic_record_info helper. Updated view/layout.rs and view/mod.rs accordingly. BREAKING CHANGE: CmdContext fields changed; external callers must update to use layout methods. GridLayout records field changed to Rc.
