Edward Langley 2abf89ade9 skills: .claude/skills/{kb,pr-watch,code-review} become symlinks to .agents (improvise-5fzx)

The three were byte-identical hand-kept copies (same blob on gh/main), the
shape improvise-1f8e found drifted in wave. Done the way PR #175 did wave and
beads-merge already was.
