- Replaced ModeKey with direct KeyPattern keys.
- Stored bindings as Arc<dyn Cmd> for cheap sharing.
- Added Debug implementation for Keymap.
- Updated bind, bind_cmd, bind_prefix, lookup, and dispatch signatures.
- Introduced PrefixKey command and SetTransientKeymap effect.
- Added KeymapSet for mode-specific keymaps.
