Add WizardKey effect to handle key bindings for navigating
wizard steps: Preview, SelectArrayPath, ReviewProposals,
ConfigureDates, DefineFormulas, and NameModel.

Add StartImportWizard effect to initialize the wizard by
reading and parsing a JSON file.
