chore: close PR #98's three tickets

improvise-lltt (P1), improvise-e5pf and improvise-ac2z all landed in #98 and
were left open — I closed #96's tickets on merge and not #98's. Each verified
against merged main rather than the PR body: App::view_mut() is gone and
view_mut_of is present; resolve::changed_mode is gone and settled_mode is in
improvise-protocol; grid_in::rederived_for is present.

Second occurrence of this gap. The first was 26 tickets at once, and the cause
is the same: .beads is orchestrator-only, so an agent cannot close what it
fixed, and closing is a separate step I have to remember after every merge.
