Edward Langley 664b4a7780 fix: the --allow-origin help was a three-line comment run

CI's `check-comment-runs.py` runs with no flags and the local gate in my brief
runs it with `--check-evidence`, which reports the evidence audit and not the
run cap — so a three-line clap doc comment passed locally and failed in CI.
Run both spellings.
