Claude (felo13) 311ae96218 test(layout): a lookup and a cursor key do work independent of grid size (improvise-felo.13) ...

Two of the three fail on purpose: cell_key is linear in the row index and a
cursor key rebuilds the layout. The third guards the invalidation the fix adds.
