Two conflicts. .beads/issues.jsonl restored to main's export so the branch
carries no beads diff. context/code/command.md: main rewrote the
Sessions::apply paragraph (now #[cfg(test)], improvise-s17o), which
supersedes this branch's 'verified at this commit' note; main's text is
kept, minus its closing pointer telling the reader to read
design-principles.md §5's 'Sessions::apply' as 'apply_checked', because
this branch corrects §5 itself.
