New P1 findings:
- F04: Auto-persist failure in worker not communicated to client
- F05: dispatch() swallows interactive() errors silently

New P2 findings:
- F15: law_toggle_group_involution test doesn't apply effects
- F16: law_sequence_associativity test proves tautology
- F17: ServerFrame serialization failure silently dropped
- F18: Unparseable ClientFrame silently ignored
- F19: ClientFrame for closed document produces no response
- F20: Debug-string tests verify effect names, not correctness

Total: 5 P1, 18 P2, 10 P3 = 33 findings
