Two agents' findings, filed and recorded. Gotcha 28 read as though "a browser worker" were one thing. Measured in a module SharedWorker on Chromium and Firefox, createSyncAccessHandle is ABSENT -- getDirectory and getFileHandle both succeed and the method is not on the object -- so a SharedWorker cannot host OpfsFs and the synchronous Storage trait rests on a narrower premise than the paragraph stated. OpfsFs::open's own guard does not enforce it either: it dyn_into's WorkerGlobalScope, which a SharedWorkerGlobalScope satisfies. Also adds web/shell.js and web/serial.js to the File Inventory. shell.js holds gridPlan/frameCostOf/documentTitle, so some of the browser's render decisions are no longer in the file gotchas 42 and 46 name.
