Claude (dbsp-backend) 0c5120a17c Merge dbsp/step5-formulas into dbsp/step6-exactsum ...

The sign rule FloatSum wrote is in ExactSum on gh/main now (PR 348), so
step 6 sums through ExactSum and FloatSum and its test are dropped.
