Answers the BLOCK on 302594bf (B1-B3) and its should-fix items: the past-K read and Z-set weights are now checked against a BigRational oracle (the review's F7, F8, F12, F14, F15 now fail by name), a negative power of a unit base has its minimal scale, ExactSum compares values, a forced n/d never reads as infinity, and Interim compares exactly and knows zero without storing.

The Status now says the tag is the complete list of proposed rules, and its
table gains the regression test's step 3. Clause 12's test keeps the
accepted "commit the unedited text" with the amendment's edit-a-non-name step
tagged; the outside-_Measure real-item rule, the formula-collision example
and the East/East_ collision sentences are tagged; the "exactly one id"
sentence in clause 2 is restored; "other entities" loses the added
"virtual"; the title drops "and groups". core.md section 20 and the id.rs
test evidence cite ADR clauses instead of answer numbers.

Rewritten on the user's instruction: settled questions are removed,
revision and review history is removed, the decision is stated plainly,
and only unsettled questions remain, renumbered 1-17 for a first-time
reader. The record of the user's answers moves to a PR comment.

On the user's instruction the ADR no longer carries the decision process:
no answer rounds, quotes, answer numbers or revision history. The accepted
decisions and the proposed amendment are stated as design, with each
amendment rule marked [Amendment] and a table of what it replaces. Settled
questions are deleted; the eleven open ones are renumbered from 1 and
written for a first-time reader. The verbatim record of every answer moves
to a provenance comment on PR #326.
Folds in the delta review of 74efa481: a group's identifier is an id, and
whether it also has a display is now an open question; formulas referring
to anything in a typed context is stated without deciding what that
allows; the Decision's opening and Rejection::Gone include groups.

Answers 37-45 in a ninth round of "What the user decided". Q24 and Q25 are
answered, slugify's steps are rewritten (whitespace to _, strip, collapse
runs of _, trim leading and trailing _ and -), groups get ids (overriding
answer 9), and Q23 is restated around "a formula is a derived measure" with
a worked example. Q23 stays open; Q26-Q34 are new. core.md section 20 notes
that slugify predates the proposed rules.

Adds "What the user decided" with the eleven comments of review
5465446805, verbatim. zset, the seam crate and the exact accumulator are
decided; Eager is deprecated and kept for now; the cycle bound and
component fixed point stay for testing with a DBSP-native plan; the
rollback snapshot stands; felo.4 records the ADR only and a new epic
takes the steps; clause 13 becomes the decided direction for
string-value columns. New questions 25-27 hold the residue. Also: dead-
connection detection and the idle-reader eviction storm. Reads ADR 008

Revision 7. Q16 decided (a), K = 32, over the K = 8 recommendation; figures
re-derived from the appendix, none new. Adds Relations to other ADRs (007, 008,
009) with flagged conflicts.

B10: a lease could lapse silently while another client pinned the shape;
a subscription now lives exactly as long as its connection, which drops
the heartbeat. Q13 compares the forms in complexity as well as traffic,
and the author's lean returns to plain (b) with a size cap, with (b') as
a measured optimisation. Client-visible step uses now say publication;
two more required tests. Reads ADR 008 at a25fea81.

B9: a fetch registers its topic in the same step, so no batch can fall
between them; ack-and-recheck is the alternative; refetch-storm options
and the lease heartbeat's cost are stated. Codex on 70ababfe: the stamp
counts published batches, not per-effect circuit steps, so a
multi-effect batch is one header; required tests added to step 8.

Answers the Opus review's B8 and ChatGPT Codex's cache-lifecycle P on
e152b667: headers (stamp, generation, axis changes, relabels, flags,
eviction list) reach every client so T3's gap rule holds; only moved-key
lists are filtered by shape; a topic subscription is a lease that pins
its shape and evictions are announced; the general refetch rule covers
gaps, restarts and evictions; the shape-key switch rule is stated; Q13
puts the Q33 question about topic state to the user.

Corrects the (b)/(c) comparison, adds (b'): notices by shape-key topic,
O(1) delivery state per client. Also: fold rows match through the
client's member-to-group remap, axis changes do not coalesce, display
relabels ride the notice under ADR 007, and Q24's alternative forms
change the shape key. Reads ADR 008 at 385784e7.

A record test misses formulas whose inputs sit at another stem; the
notice now carries the moved keys per live shape (the author's lean),
with a conservative client rule as the alternative, and a formula or
measure_agg flag. Also: the occupancy delta is not pushed under (b), T4
and T5 are scoped, measure_agg is model state, Q24 names ADR 008's
alternative forms, and records-mode extent is fetched. Reads ADR 008

Quotes Q33, Q39 and Q46-Q52 with ids. Request parameters come from a
client's ephemeral UI state and saved views only supply defaults;
SaveView touches no operator; the circuit relies on no view-fact tier.
Q13 (now this ADR's, per "defer this to ADR 009") leans to an
unaddressed change notice, with the fates of GridExtent, Dirty and the
occupancy delta. Q23 concerns unsaved hides; Q24 asks which parameters
must travel. Reads ADR 008 at 5b29335a.

A total over all rows can subtract the hidden rows' groups at read time
for every aggregate (Min/Max skip fully hidden keys; the text rule counts
distinct keys left), so (A) is stateless and cheap; (B') becomes a memo
on it. Also: a hidden column item under a collapsed column group, clause
5a totals under both options, and (B')'s cost stated as an upper bound.
