A CSV merge now records each file's columns, and the build adds one view
per file: File on Filter at that file's item, its own categories seated
as a fresh import seats them, the rest on None, and other files'
measures hidden. The merged Default view stays the initial view. The
headless and wizard paths both carry the sources.

code-maat's CSVs and a per-file churn CSV go into one directory, one
sparse model is imported from it, and a checked-in improvise script
builds and exports the views the report prints.

A folder argument expands to its *.csv documents through Storage::list,
and a record with no value for a category keeps its cell without that
coordinate instead of being skipped.

The wrapper's contract drops cherry-pick, because git ignores
GIT_AUTHOR_NAME there, and rule 8's cherry-pick -x should keep who wrote
the commit. A new case asserts it. The pre-push check now asks that every
commit you made names your actor, since a stacked or cherry-picked commit
keeps its own author. Answers the Codex P2 and the review on PR #310.

site/ is web/assemble.sh's default output, and site/docs is
scripts/build-doc-site.mjs's. 27 generated pages under site/docs were
committed by accident and went stale. Nothing reads the tracked copy:
CI's build job assembles with `nix build .#site` into the store, the
harness assembles into harness/serve/, and build-web-release.sh
assembles into a temporary stage.
Remove site/ from the index, ignore /site/, and say so in
context/code/doc-site.md.

The rule sits beside the claim in agent-rules.md, and the brief checklist
in wave/SKILL.md ties the actor to it. The evidence entry records why the
wrapper sets GIT_AUTHOR_NAME and not user.name, and its two rivals.

Review of #307 at 7b9e868b: the duplicate-step evidence and argument still
said 12, tui.md bounded a collision tuple by twelve, and the coupling
inventory named no beads. The page-bar entry now notes its unclipped
set_string can overwrite the right border.

Answers the Codex P2 on #306: the type list read as exhaustive and left out
refactor, perf and style, all in use on main. Ad-hoc prefixes become a
standard type with a scope, and the user's quote is marked [sic].

The duplicate step's cap check already reads the one constant after the
merge; its tests filled 12 categories and now fill to the cap. An
injected literal-12 check fails keeping_duplicates_separate_is_refused_at_the_category_cap.

The wizard's private copy of the limit is gone; it reads the model's
now-public constant. Tests that fill to the cap derive it. Why 12 was
chosen and what 24 costs: context/code/core.md section 9.

Every wizard write goes through Panel, which clips to the panel and saturates
its height arithmetic, so no step panics on a small terminal. The bottom row
truncates in cells, so a wrapped message with a multibyte character is drawn
whole. A scrolling list's range is named on its header row, where no item can
cover it. Tests: a multibyte message at every width, wrap bytes vs cells, a
no-panic sweep of every step at 20-100 x 3-20, the first item filling the list.

The user settled the second half of improvise-79h5: "I don't mind
amending on a branch that hasn't been pushed, but don't do anything that
requires a force push". Rule 8, AGENTS.md's top line, "Commit early",
cloud-agents and the code-review summary now say so. Unpushed commits may
be tidied but never moved onto another base; nothing pushed is rewritten.

Review of #305 at ac2efdc8: "no merge can do it" is false when the
foreign commits belong to an open PR that will land as a merge commit.
Stack on it, or wait for it and merge a newly pinned gh/main. cherry-pick
-x is kept only for commits that will never reach main as they are.
Rule 8 now says to re-pin before merging a newer main (improvise-79h5,
first half), and context/cloud-agents.md states the new rule.

Records with disjoint measures on one tuple no longer count as colliding, so
the Refuse default does not refuse a sparse-measure CSV. Only the records
that share a cell are listed and numbered. The Sum confirmation lists every
summed cell rather than three and a count. Adds the date-derived name test.

agent-rules gains rule 8, which forbids rebase, squash in any form, reset
that drops commits, amending a pushed commit and force-push. Rule 7 keeps
the SHA pinning for merge, merge-base and diff. The user's reason is quoted
in the rule: the merge structure of git history is a causal record.
AGENTS.md: the fix-after-merge recipe is now a merge. The wrong-base
rebuild stays the one sanctioned cherry-pick, with -x, and the text says
why no merge can do it. Merge PRs with a merge commit, never squash or
rebase. Also bounds test loops that walk a state machine until a step.

When source records collide on every coordinate, the import wizard now asks:
sum them, keep them separate with a generated occurrence category, or go
back. Collisions are found before the build by the same placement pass the
build uses, and are carried to the TUI as structured data (WizardCache) and
listed in full, scrollable. At the 12-category cap, "keep separate" is shown
disabled with its reason and remedy.
Every wizard warning and message now wraps to the panel instead of being
truncated, and long lists scroll.
Headless paths no longer sum silently: `import --no-wizard` takes
`--on-duplicate refuse|sum|separate` (default refuse), and `:import-json`
refuses and points at `:import`.
Reasoning: context/code/formula-and-io.md, "Colliding records are a
question, not a default"; context/code/tui.md; context/code/cli.md §11.

Grid: App::cmd_context counted visible_cols from term_width while
draw_content gave the grid term_width minus the 32-column side panel, so
with any panel open the cursor was scrolled past the last drawn column.
viewport::grid_width, reached through App::grid_width, is now the one
answer: draw_content splits on it and the keypress path counts on it.
Tile bar: the scroll measured from the end of the prefix while the draw
began one column later, two once scrolled (the left arrow), so the
selected tile could be dropped. tiles_left(start) is now where both the
scroll (first_tile) and the draw begin.
The grid defect dates from b5418f2e; it became the launch state when
50e4a372 opened the category panel by default, which is why it read as
a regression. Mixed-width columns still lose the cursor with no panel
open: improvise-gtn7.2. Reasoning: context/code/tui.md.

Add ADR 007 (stable identities, accepted 2026-09-25 on PR #210) and the
missing ADR 004 to the repo map's context-docs list, noting that no ADR
005/006 file exists. Add decision(improvise-sboz, ...) for clause 12:
a formula edit's display names are mapped to ids when the editor opens.

The adversarial review of 4830fa30 found clause 6 and the km71 section
contradicted each other on a concurrent rename (B1, also Codex's P1 on
29ad14f4). Clause 12, the ADR's own reading, fixes the display-name
mapping when the formula editor opens, as OpenedCell does for cells, and
requires a regression test. fdk1 (#221) and wpxr (#281) have landed, and
CellId::Coordinate exists. Status stays proposed pending the user's
confirmation of revision 8.
