chore(beads): close improvise-2yc2 and improvise-hkt6, file three follow-ups

Closed by PR #20 (WU-K), with the reasoning on each bead rather than in a
commit nobody will read again.

Filed from WU-I's hand-back:
  improvise-kpnr  improvise-ws-server has no authentication, and the
                  reverse-proxy path the README now documents removes the
                  loopback binding that was its only control.
  improvise-j7v6  the typed-string classification lives in two crates, and
                  its guard test states the obligation in its name while
                  asserting three outcomes by hand.

Filed from WU-K's hand-back:
  improvise-44ad  ColWidths is redundant under the label fold — tried and
                  reverted, because the test it would rewrite is gotcha
                  33(c)'s standing evidence.
