docs: the two thirteens differ in both directions, and my own awk proved why

Verifying the correction before merging it found the claim true but understated. The reset_cursor set and the LayoutGeometry set are both thirteen and differ THREE EACH WAY: CreateView, DeleteView and SetNumberFormat declare the kind and never reset; AddItem, AddItemInGroup and RemoveItem reset while declaring CellData, because adding or removing an item renumbers the grid even though the change is data. The naive awk over LayoutGeometry reported fourteen, picking up HelpPageSet — the exact artefact this document already warns about two paragraphs away, walked into while writing the correction. That warning is now attached to the derivation it applies to.
