style: centre the view chip in its reserve, as the mode pill already is

Found by looking at the screenshots rather than by a test, which is the
only instrument that reaches this: `#view-name` is now a fixed 16ch, and
"Plan" left-aligned in it read as a pill that had failed to shrink rather
than as a deliberately reserved slot. Centring is what makes the reserve
legible as a reserve.

No test moves -- the header spec measures boxes, and text alignment inside
a fixed box changes none of them. That is the honest scope of the guard and
not a gap in it.
